3 month fitness challenge with Slimways

If you have been following my blog here and my facebook page you will know i undertook a 3 month fitness challenge with Slimways.
I was in bad shape having had 2 pregnancies back to back. I was chronically unfit. To be honest i had never really had any level of fitness. However as a mum of 2 lively toddlers that needed to change.

The team in Slimways are fantastic. It is a very welcoming space,you don't ever feel uncomfortable down there. The trainers are brilliant,they push you to the limit and they get results. They explain everything very well and monitor your technique constantly. They have a unique concept in Slimways,it's called SALT....Slimways Assembly Line Training.This is a new concept for aerobic fitness. It is aerobic full 60 minute class with cardiovascular, strength, spinning and stretching.
 It is suitable for women of all shapes and sizes. There are 4 studios and you spend 15 minutes in each one doing High Intensity Interval Training  (HIITS). It is a complete workout ....believe me I have been in bits after a few classes.
One thing I loved is that you never get bored....it is a different workout every time and usually a different instructor in each room .



They also do personal training with a designated trainer for your 6 week programme. They have have a highly equipped state of the art private gym.
