Rathwood,little Bo Peep train adventure

Hey dolls,
So over the midterm break myself and my family were invited up to Rathwood to enjoy a trip  on the Rathwood Express to help Little bo peep to find her sheep.

It begins with Little bo peep arriving in a panic as she has lost her sheep,and she invites the children to help her find her. His name is Seamus and he is a devil for going AWOL !!! We all board the Rathwood express and off we head through the woods.We needed to find Seamus before Mr Fox did,he also lives in the woods and if he found Seamus before we did then it was Goodnight Seamus!!!! The children's eyes were aglow while they peered through the trees looking for Seamus and Mr Fox. There were clues left along the way and songs were sung with gusto by all on board. My two were over the moon when little bo peep sat in our carriage with us and sang as loud as they could. (I bet she was glad she picked our carriage lol). Then we made a pit stop to check in on the baby lambs and help feed them....lots of ooohing and aaahhing and mummy can we get one!!!!
I swiftly ushered my two delights back on the train,minus a baby lamb thank Goodness and off we went again.

Excitement galore when Mr Fox was spotted darting through the trees and headed for the big pond. The excitement peaked when Seamus was spotted having a snooze by the pond,cue all the kids and some adults shouting to wake up poor Seamus!! Now i will say that Seamus was fine...turns out hes besties with Mr Fox so the kids were delighted. All the children helped Seamus and Mr Fox to feed the ducks before we left the pond. Seamus and Mr Fox joined us on the train for the return spin and lots more song singing took place. Each child on board was given a cute little lamb teddy which my little man takes to bed every night.It was a very enjoyable day out and something I would definitely recommend.

As we were there we had a look around Rathwood centre,they have everything from stunning high end furniture pieces for the bedroom or living room. They also do beautiful high end kitchens and have amazing crystal lighting for sale.They carry some boutique clothing lines and they even have a beauty salon.

Now we were hungry and armed with our vouchers for free cupcakes for the kiddies we headed for the restaurant. Man alive the desserts are unreal here. The choice is huge and the portions are even bigger. I opted for the marsbar cheesecake(for research of course),and omg it was divine.We didn't eat lunch here as we had stopped before we arrived but it looked and smelt delicious,and judging by all the empty plates it tasted delicious too.I have to mention also,everywhere i go i look for gluten free food as there's a coeliac in our family.Rathwood have an amazing choice of gluten free food so you will not go hungry here if you too are coeliac.

Before we left the children took to the outside playground for about 30 mins just before the rain arrived. There is also a huge maze here to explore but the weather turned bad so we retreated to the car and headed for home. The children were chatting the whole way home about Little bo peep,Seamus,Mr Fox,the lambs(that they really wanted!) and the fun they had which to me says it all really.

Afternoon tea.....Ooohh Yes please

Last Wednesday myself and my mum headed off into the City Centre for a girlie Afternoon Tea and chats in the Clayton Cork Hotel. My mum was very excited to try out their Gluten free Afternoon Tea. As a coeliac it can be hard to find places that accommodate her needs. I was really looking to the day and we were not disappointed.
When we arrived I discovered Afternoon Tea had been set up for us in a private pod known as The Egg. This really comfy setting was lovely as its totally private so theres no distractions. This was perfect for us as I'm very easily distracted (some say nosey....I disagree hahaha).

As soon as we were seated  kasia our lovely server asked if we wanted tea or coffee and as quick as anything it arrived at our table. The service here is second to none,they really look after you .

Next to arrive was our Afternoon Tea platters and oh my goodness they looked fab.

 It is worth noting that there was no visible between the "regular" Afternoon Tea and the Gluten Free one. My mums eyes nearly popped out of her head when she saw what was presented to her. It looked so impressive. Now I've been other places where something as basic as a Gluten Free sandwich or scone has been a disappointment so this was a real delight for her. Genuinely she was thrilled at the variety and quality of food on offer.
The sandwiches and rolls were delicious but when it came to the sweet treats she was blown away.
As someone who grew up when there was very very little available for coeliacs she couldn't believe all the yummy treats on offer were gluten free. She  attacked them with glee and enjoyed every mouthful.
This is my mums Gluten Free Afternoon Tea ....doesn't it look gorgeous.

My own Afternoon Tea was every bit as delicious from the scrummy sandwiches and wraps (my favourite were the chicken and sundried tomatoes) to the scones, muffins, mini cheesecakes,meringues,chocolate covered strawberries..and so much more.
I'm almost drooling here just thinking about it....here have a look.

Now there was so much food we obviously couldn't finish it (and i tried hard )so the lovely and efficient Kasia appeared with some plastic boxes for us to take away what we couldn't finish. My mum was thrilled to see she had brought a marker to label her box as GF as they did look very )similar. It is these little things that mean a lot to a coeliac especially when they are eating out as it really puts them at ease. It was all done as a matter of course and not made a big deal of which can be embarrassing.

Seriously I cannot recommend the Clayton Hotel in Cork highly enough. I for one cant wait to return and try out the rest of the menu as I'm sure based on the Afternoon tea it will be delicious
My mum is singing the praises of the Clayton Hotel to everyone she meets especially her coeliac friends. I think they will be visiting very soon.

Rapture Event in Peter Marks.....the new era of hair extentions??

Hey guys,
So last night I attended the launch in Peter Mark of their brand new hair extension range Rapture.
Now this is Peter mark first time entering the extension market.
As a brand they spent a lot of time looking for the right extension range to work with their ethos. They had to be ethically sourced, kind to the hair and also affordable for clients.
They also had to look natural which these do.
Rapture extensions are applied incredibly quickly,it took only about 50 mins for a whole head of 16 inch extensions to be applied and styled.

They come in every colour under the sun,so a colour match is guaranteed,or you can mix it up and go for a balayage effect or add highlight and low lights.The choice really is up to you.
It is also worth noting that once you purchase your extensions and have the applied,they belong to you. If you want to have them removed you can and you can keep them and reuse them at a later date. You just need to pay to have the reapplied each time. I like this idea as if you love to chop and change your look you don't need to purchase more hair each time.
Peter Mark put on a great night for the launch,they even put out the Red carpet,and greeted us with champagne and great nibbles. The wine was also flowing all night. Take a look at some photos from the event.

Tame your Brows with.....Ready,Set,Brow by Benefit

Hey guys,

So today I'm back with my thoughts on Benefits Ready,Set,Brow. I am a huge Benefit fan,used to get it in the states before it became available over here. Still remember how excited i was when they opened in Brown Thomas in Cork. That being said I have high standards for the brand,so was eager to try the new Brow range.

The "Ready, Set,Brow" is a 24hr shaper and setter. In a word its Fantastic. I have quite bushy eyebrows and even though they are threaded regularly they can get quite unruly. I also have coarse eyebrow hair so if anything tamed them then i would be very impressed.

This is impressive,my brows didn't budge. The gel itself is clear so it can be used on any hair colour. It is very easy to apply and it doesn't dry out and flake off. I have used this product alone on "no make- up" days and i have also worn it over other eyebrow products to set them.

The results were brilliant,my brows were tamed and set but didn't look like they were laden with product.
I would absolutely recommend this gel to anyone.

How I got my groove back !!!!

Hey guys, so for the past month I have been taking Pharma Nords CoQ10 and Magnesium. These were very kindly sent to me from Conefreys pharmacy.. I had been complaining a lot of being absolutely shattered tired and just generally feeling like I was in a fog. Tomas assured me these were what I needed as he was not wrong.

First up is the Pharma Nord Co Q10.
This preparation has coenzyme Q10 in its active form which is well known for providing a consistently high level of bio availability. It also contains Vit C,  which also helps to reduce tiredness. These guys are the business  as they work together to restore energy levels. They are also easy to swallow even though they are quite big. (I hate swallowing tablets of any kind...but these were fine!!).

Next up is the Pharma Nord Magnesium. These are also a one a day supplement. They are bigger than the CoQ10 and have a chalkier coating.I found these ones a bit more difficult to swallow the first few days but after that I got quite used to them . This is down to me and not the supplement size to be fair as I just have issues with tablets lol. These are also good for boosting energy and helping to clear the foggy brain feeling. I still have a month supply left of these as they come in a 2 month supply pack.

Now for the nitty gritty. ...did they work? ?
In a word.....Yes. Absolutely.  My energy levels increased dramatically,  my concentration improved as did my stamina. I used to wake up after a decent night sleep not feeling refreshed and would struggle to get out of bed. Now ill never be the type of persom to jump out of the bed ready to embrace the day,  but  I definately found it much easier to get up as i was feeling refreshed when I woke . I definitely felt like a new woman while taking these supplements. The difference was quite literally night and day. I would highly recommend these if you are struggling to find the energy needed in this busy world.

Joico Moisture Co+Wash Whipped Cleansing Conditioner *

Hey Dolls,

So today I'm back with a brand new concept.
Is is from exclusive haircare brand Joico and it is the Joico Colour Co+Wash Whipped Cleansing Conditioner.

Now I will say straight away this feels weird but in a wonderful way. It is like a shaving gel that you wash your hair with,so I was intrigued to say the least. To use you dispense,emulsify and apply to wet hair and leave in for 5 mins then rinse out.

A little goes a long way so it will last a long time. It feels very creamy but once you apply it to the hair the magic happens. You can feel the slip and slide as you apply it to your hair.

My hair was left literally squeaky clean and silky smooth. It is also ideal for colour treated and /or dry hair  which I have  (bloody greys ). It will leave your hair clean and super soft without stripping any of the colour!

The formula is very rich and is sulphate free and also helps to reduce breakage by up to 59%
What I  liked about this product was that it adds shine and volume whilst gently but thoroughly cleansing your hair.
Once you get your head around the fact that you are not washing your hair with shaving gel I  think you will fall in love with this.

It is a unique and innovative concept but one that does exactly what it says on the tin.

New Product Launches from Cocoa Brown

Hey dolls,
In case you havent heard the wonderful Marissa from Cocoa Brown has launched four amazing new products just in time for summer.

First up are the Cocoa brown tanning wipes. These promise to give us the same amazing cocoa brown tan with no orange. Plus being wipes they are ideal for travel .

Next up are three necessities, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
The kind  shower gel is ph neutral so it wont strip your Cocoa brown tan so thats fab. Marissa said on her snapchat that the shampoo and conditioner are suitable for those with sensitive scalps and those with extentions...fab news for lots of you.
They all have the distinctive Cocoa Brown scent. I cant wait to try them out.

I have to be honest and say they were not at all what i was expecting,i had thought it would be tontouring brushes or a contour kit but they do sound good.

Sexy Scent with The Body Shop Black Musk*

Hey guys,
Recently I received a bottle of the newest perfume oil from The Body Shop. I am of course talking about Black Musk,the sexy big sister of the much loved White Musk. Now i have been a fan of  White Musk since I was 14 so was nervous to try the Black Musk in case it was too heady for me. I need not have worried,it is a stunning fragrance.
This fragrance is all about sensuality. Black Musk  has a sweetness to it but it also has a darker more sensual  side due to musk and woody notes.Even the packaging  is sexy with black and hot pink labelling.

Perfume ,if you are not aware is made up of topnotes,middle notes and base notes.

The top notes are the scents that hit you as soon as you spray a perfume,they consist of small, light molecules that evaporate quickly. They form a person's initial impression of a perfume.In this case the top notes consist of bergamot,pear and pink pepper

The middle notes are also called the "heart notes".The scent of a perfume that emerges just before the top notes dissipate. Not surprisingly, the scent of middle note compounds is usually more mellow and "rounded." In this case the Middle notes consist of ylang-ylang and  licorice

The base notes are the headier notes and the ones that linger longer on your skin.  Base notes bring depth and solidity to a perfume and can be found on the skin up to 24hours after application. Base notes of black vanilla infused with musk,vetiver, and patchouli.

These notes all marry together to make this "Floriental" a delicious,sensual and quite frankly sexy scent,that I adore.

Joico Colour Infuse Brown Shampoo and Conditioner *

Hey guys,
I'm back with a review of a shampoo and conditioner I have using and loving for over a month now.
It is from the Salon sold brand Joico. The products I have been using are the Joico Colour Infuse Brown Shampoo and Conditioner. I am a brunette with naturally dark hair. I do now colour my hair a few times a year to colour those pesky grey feckers that like to take up residence in my hair (how rude!!!). However, I digress...I find that for a few weeks after my hair is coloured it looks great,then it fades,dramatically. Now I was a blonde for about 14 years so my hair has seen more than its fair of abuse. Consequently it looks very dull as the colour fades.
I was over the moon to be sent these products from Joico. It is a brand I am familiar with as my hair salon uses this range,so i knew they would be good. What i didn't know was how good they would be. They are amazing.Seriously if you have brown/brunette hair you need these. Don't panic if you are a blonde or a red head they do a range for you guys too.

This shampoo and conditioner  are going to be my holy grail. Don't get me wrong I  use other shampoos and will continue to try out other products ,however this is now my saving grace.
Its my "I need great hair right now combo". It transforms dull lifeless hair in just one shower you will see a huge difference, leave it on to penetrate for a few minutes. I had a mirror like shine and healthy looking hair after just one shampoo and condition.

Perfect for refreshing your colour, this range will enhance warm tones on colour treated brunettes,it's also  great on natural hair.
Lets not forget the Conditioner...it says to use it after every other shampoo until you reach the desired level of shine then use as needed. For me i now only use the conditioner once a week,thats all my hair needs (partly because the shampoo is so good ) .It also says leave on for 1-5 mins, as I only use it once a week I leave it on for the 5 mins usually while im shaving my legs!!
Now for the technical info,why is this range so special???

Uriage skincare range

Hey guys,
So for the last few weeks I have been trialling 2 products from the Uriage range. These products were kindly sent to be by Tom from Conefreys pharmacy. I will be honest and say i had never come across this range before so i was excited to try it out.

Uriage is a french range which is formulated with the help and input of pharmacists and dermatoligists from around the world. The range is sold in over 70 countries,and is designed to be suitable for all skin types including the most sensitive. The range is paraben free which I love as I'm trying to cut down to paraben loaded products.

The products i was sent were the Cream Cleanser and the Gommage Integral.

First up is the Cream Cleanser, Now as you'll know if you're a regular reader I have dry/dehydrated skin but still suffer breakouts.
This range is soap free,so I hoped it wasn't going to be drying. Normally I shy away from wash off cleanser for this reason,however,this cleanser was a revelation.
It is soap free but still foamed nicely to give a satisfying clean.It is very silky and milky in texture so it glides over the skin and feels very comfortable. It was very quick and effective,removed all my makeup except eye makeup as i didn't bring it up to my eyes. I have sensitive eyes...I'm a sensitive soul really lol.
The real wow factor for me was that after use my skin wasn't crying out for moisturiser. It felt comfortable and hydrated and not at all stripped and parched. This is down to the ingredients used in the range,including the Uriage Thermal water. This thermal water contains minerals to strenghten the skin barrier and prevent dehydration of the epidermis. I can confirm that this is definitely true,no tightness and no flaky patches.

 Next up is the Gommage Integral. This is a exfoliating scrub that is designed to be used once or twice a week. The texture of this is beautiful. It contains microparticles which just  gently but effectively buff away the dead skin cells and leave the skin glowing. I don't like scrubs that are rough and feel like they are damaging your skin,this is very different. Whilst you can feel the particles they are not rough, there are no sharp pieces yet it is very ìeffective. After use my fave was not red or angry looking which again obviously is a huge plus. I used the scrub twice a week and my make up glided on for a much more flawless look after a few uses. It is also great to use before fake tanning...i even used it on my elbows and knees.

 As i said i was completely new to this range but it really impressed me. The quality of the products is fantastic,fantastic ingredients,smells really fresh ,has unisex packaging and is suitable for all skin types. You cant go wrong with this brand,id highly recommend you give it a try. I for one cant wait to try more from the range.

Wow me Wednesday featuring that's It Alfaparf milano

So recently I was lucky enough to receive a parcel from Alfaparf . It was their exciting new shampoo range called that's It blonde ambition. I was very excited to receive product from this range as they are a high end and well respected  brand.I received the blonde ambition shampoo and the treatment mask.

 Now the range says its for blonde hair but it is suitable for any hair colour. First thing i noticed was the fragrance...it smells amazing. The second thing worth noting is that it is purple...deep purple.

 Do not be scared it will not turn your hair purple. What it will do is leave your hair silky smooth and super shiny. The purple tone is to combat any brassiness in the blonde hair.
 Now my hair is dark brown but a few weeks after colouring it (to hide the greys) it starts to loose it shine and go dull and flat. This shampoo really gave my hair amazing shine.My hair was also left silky smooth and very manageable. This is just from the shampoo alone, i shampoo my hair and leave it in for about 3 mins before rinsing out. I also love the fact that it is sulphate and paraben free. I was also sent the that's It blonde ambition  mask. This is not purple but a pearlesent white. It also smells divine. I left this on my hair for 10 mins ( i was shaving my legs ). When i washed it out my hair felt like silk and whilst the shine from the shampoo was amazing the shine following the mask was mirror like. This is because of the light reflecting pearl particles in the products that diffuse light. It also contains ceremide to strenghten the hair.  This means not only does look better it actually is better and stronger.

Now as i said my hair is dark brown and i loved the products,i also gave them to my mum to try out. She has natural salt and pepper hair now (its fab)  so wanted to see how she would get on with it. The night she used it she rang me to tell me how shiny her hair was. She said prior to this shampoo she found it hard to get shine on her hair. She loves it ....so much so she wont give it back lol.

Tooth whitening with iwhite

Hey guys, so i recently decided i wanted to try out tooth whitening. Like everyone else i wanted to brighten up my smile. I was very kindly sent the iWhite tooth whitening kit by Tom from Conefreys pharmacy to try out.
I had seen other kits on the market where you use a syringe and fill trays etc and  that just seemed like a lot of faff!! I just wanted something quick and easy ..like most people i didnt want anything complicated. The iWhite kit is exactly that,it is simple to use but so effective.

The iWhite kit consists of 10 Pre-filled trays that you just pop in your mouth .Honestly it couldnt be easier. The trays are very comfortable and are flexible not hard plastic so keeping them in your mouth for 20 minutes is no bother at all. All you do is brush your teeth,pop open the trays and pop them in your mouth. I then sat back and watched coronation street while my teeth were whitening lol. After the 20 minutes are up just remove the trays and rinse out your mouth to ensure all the gel is removed. I did brush mine just with water also,to be sure to be sure !!!!One thing to be aware of and it does say it on the box is not to bite on the trays or the gel will ooze out.You dont want to loose any whitening treatment.


Something i really liked about the iWhite brand is that it does not damage your teeth. It  has a highly soluble source of calcium so it actually strenghtens your teeth. Not only will your teeth look better,they will actually be better after treating them.

The iWhite system also gives instant results as it actively removes stains. This was very evident for me as i drink a lot of tea...sometimes black tea so my teeth had gotten quite stained. I was delighted with my results. Now while you do get instant whitening,you can also use the trays over 5 days for even better results. I only used mine for 4 nights,i am keeping one set to use before an event i have in April.

Perfectial 6 week trial

Hey guys,
In december I got a PR package which contained a 6 week trial of Perfectil supplements. These are the UK leading supplement for skin,hair and nails. They have been formulated with a range of over 20 micronutrients The dose is just one tablet a day with your main meal. They are suitable for vegetarians and are Gluten Free. This is great as a lot of coeliacs can struggle with hair and nail growth.

 I was excited to try them out to see if they would help my nails which had stopped growing. Now when I was younger I was a nail biter. I thankfully kicked that habit and had lovely nails. Then 2 back to back pregnancies put paid to that. They just stopped growing,no matter what I did. I started these on the first day of January with high hopes of having nice nails by valentines day. I was not disappointed.  My nails started to grow after about 2 and a half week,just a little bit,enough to file!!!! Then they kept on growing...success.Heres how they look after 6 weeks.....

I have to say whilst I am delighted with the results on my nails which was my concern,I didn't notice a change in my skin.
My hair on the other hand (not literally!!!) is growing like a weed. It has grown at a crazy rate way more than I was expecting actually. One thing worth noting,it encourages all hair growth, this is not limited to the hair on your head. You will need an appointment with your waxer! !!!! This I found hilarious,it was a very unexpected result. But seriously it has really grown out my hair...need to pay a visit to the hairdressers now too after a long while of my hair staying the same lenght.  I was very impressed with these and the results on my nails and hair.
If you are struggling to grow your hair or your nails I would definitely say give these a go.

The starting point with Skincare is the Essentials range. This targets the daily needs of the skin of both men and women. It is a very comprehensive brand with products individually formulated for each skin type. The textures are beautiful. The product sinks into the skin and gave me a gorgeous base on which I could apply my make up.
The essentials range was my starting point with the brand and i was very impressed.
I used the Protective Day Cream which really locks in moisture and deeply hydrates the skin. As I said a beautiful base for makeup.

I also used the Regenerating Night Cream,this works on improving skin elasticity and minimising wrinkles. In the morning my skin felt beautifully soft and supple.



From here I moved on to the Exclusive range. This is high end luxury orientated, revolutionary cellular skincare line designed to address the specific needs of mature skin. The Exclusive products are comprised of a peptide complex and a biologically active collagen booster which improves the skins structure.

I used the Exclusive Cellular Anti aging Cream and i freaking loved it. Seriously this feels like velvet on the skin....I wish they would bring this out for the whole body!!!!! This cream also contains Dermaxyl which smooths out wrinkles,vitamins C and E and Shea butter. It is luxury in a jar.

To complement the day cream I also used the Cellular Night Refine and Repair. This is amazing,seriously it is the only night cream i ever want to use. It is designed to help aging skin to look rejuvenated,smoother,brighter and younger. It contains a special peeling peptide to mimic the cell renewal of a much younger skin. It also contains Urea,Hyaluronic acid,Lactic acid, Vitamins A and E and Shea butter.

I also used the Exclusive Cellular Perfect Skin Capsules. These little guys are suitable for all skin types. I used them at night under the refine and repair cream. Each capsule contains a silky serum which protects the skin from free radical damage and improves skin elasticity. The skin is left feeling super soft and glowing.Extra ingredients include Phospholipids, Hydraulic acid,Ginseng root extract, Centella Asiatica and evening primrose extract.

I was so so impressed with this brand. It is the first brand that I have seen visible results on my deep forehead wrinkles. I am in my mid/late 30's but have very deep forehead lines. This is a result of grimacing for months on end in pain after a horrendous car accident in in my early 20's. I have tried so many creams in the hope of diminishing  these lines and i really feel this is the range to do it. After just a few nights the difference was massive, even my hubby noticed( and that's saying something!!!) I highly highly recommend this range..please check it out.

Disguise thinning hair with Viviscal Fibres!!!

Hey guys , so today I have something a little bit different.

Before Christmas i was very kindly sent a box of viviscal hair fibres to try out for you. I hadn't heard of them before,never knew there was anything like it even on the market. What they are is basically fibres that you sprinkle on your hair to instantly give the appearance of fuller hair. Now obviously I'm not in danger of going bald just yet,but what I do have is a very white scalp and brown  hair. This can sometimes ruin the look of a hairdo. I found these fibres brilliant for disguising that obvious white line.

I also asked a friend of mine with dark hair to try it out (we were going out on out Christmas night...without the kids!!!!!!) She was absolutely blown away by them. She recently  had her third child and a lot of her hair had fallen out. She won't mind me saying this but she had a bit of a bald patch on one side that she was very aware of . When I sprinkled the fibres on and rubbed them into her hair it was amazing,the bald was completely disguised. She was worried if it would last the night because of course it was raining (can't remember which fecking storm it was that night) but her hair stayed perfect.

We were both very impressed by this tub of "dust " as my hubby called it. Men huh!!!! How long before he could especially looking for them once he spots a bit of head peaking through his hair. These fibres are of course suitable for men and women. The fibres come in a range of shades so there is something for everyone,even grey. The packaging is very unisex,it's a no fuss application,and it lasts until you shampoo it out. If you or someone you know has a bald patch on thinning hair I would definitely recommend this product.

Beat the winter skin !!!!

Dull, grey and miserable, if this describes your skin as well as the winter weather keep reading. If like most of us after the excess of Christmas your skin needs a helping hand try out some of these beauties.

Clarins Beauty Flash Balm,this has been a favourite of mine for about 5 years now. It can used on top of moisturiser on non makeup days to give your skin a dewy glow. It is a peach colour which counteracts the grey hue we all have this time of the year. It can also be used under makeup again to give a glow. If you are really in dire straits in can also be used as a mask. Available from Clairns counters nationwide  for €36.50.

Benefit 'that gal' Brightening Face primer. This is another favourite of mine for this time of year. It can be worn alone or under make up to give a bright dewy finish to the skin.This product is a lot more pink so really gives you a healthy skin tone. I have even popped a little bit over the top of a made up face on particularly bad days lol.It flatters all skin tones from the palest of the pale to the deepest of the deep. Available on counter at Benefit nationwide €32.

Last but not least is the Botanics All Bright radiance Balm,again this can be used as a over your moisturiser to give a healthy glow. It can also be used also also silky makeup primer. I have also so used a little of this over foundation as a highlighter.This is also available from Boots stores at a very affordable   €7.99. This is also included in the 3 for 2 offer so grab it fast .

Of course it goes without saying that you should be drinking plenty of water to combat dry and dull  skin from the inside. This is often easier said than done as lets face it water while good for you is boring. Hopefully these products will help you at least look healthy on the outside. To help the inside drink the bloody water!!!
